Lip blushes have a matte finish as they are pigments that remian under the skin, like a tattoo, and this can be enhanced by using a gloss if you wish.

These include the quality of the materials used, the experience of the artist doing the procedure, and how many procedures a particular artist has performed.
If an artist is charging a low price, you have to ask yourself – what corners are they potentially cutting in order to perform the treatments at that price? And will you end up paying for it with the results you are left with?
As a permanent makeup artist of many years, I know what it takes to make a quality product.
